Do you ship across Canada?


Yep! I ship all of my earring and artwork across Canada. I look to eventually expand into the U.S. Be sure to sign up for my newsletter for recent updates and sweet promo codes!




Do you offer different shipping options?


Yes! Here they are!

  1. LOCAL WPG pick-up! Artwork, earrings and jewelry designs can all be picked up at my home Studio in St. Vital. Be sure to your LOCALWPG to by-pass shipping!
  2. STANDARD SHIPPING PLZ! – Standard shipping ($ as per Canada Post will be delivered within 7-10 business days. My guess… they will probably get there sooner! With standard shipping, you will not get a tracking number.
  3. Express please! If you’d like to get your item sooner + the ability to track your order, be sure to add express shipping at checkout! For express shipping, please allow 1-3 business days($15)




How long will it take for my product to ship out?


PRINTS + ARTWORKS

For original or custom ordered artwork prints, please allow 10-12 business days for canvas to ship and an additional 5-7 business days for delivery. LOCAL WPG pick-up is also a great option!

EARRINGS + JEWELLERY

I will create + ship your earrings within 3 business days. If there is a delay due to material out of stock, I will contact you to chat about some options!




I made a mistake when entering my address – can I change this?


Oh no! If you entered an incorrect address, please reach out asap (hello@studiobloomco.com).




What if my earrings are damaged when they arrive?


Hey…. not putting it “out there” but as we all know….things happen! I put a ton of care + attention in the safe shipping of your item. If your item does arrive + is damaged, please send me an email (hello@studiobloomco.com) right away + I will get you a new pair asap!




Are all earrings purchases a final sale?


The long + short answer here is…yes. Due to the sensitive nature of the product, all earring sales are final. BUT, I absolutely want you to be over the moon about your new designs. So for whatever reason – you are not happy with the product you have received, please reach out to me right away so that we can work towards a solution




I’d like to see the original artwork in person prior to purchasing it- is that possible?


Buying an original artwork piece is kind of a big deal! Adulting 101! If you would like to see a specific piece of art prior to purchasing, please contact me to make an appointment. Note, I may request a 50% deposit to “hold” original artwork.




The original artwork piece that I was eyeing up is now sold out… it is it possible to get an enlarged print?


Yes, absolutely! Please contact me with the name of the artwork piece + desired size to get a quote.




What type of paper do you use for your prints?


All artwork prints are on a premium pearl finish paper. I recommend placing them in a matte fram of your choice + are great additional to a bedroom, bathroom or office. P.S. These are great options for housewarming gifts!
