What if my earrings are damaged when they arrive?
I put a ton of care + attention in the safe shipping of your item. However, if your item does arrive + is damaged, please send me an email (hello@studiobloomco.com) right away + I will send out a new pair to you!
Are all earring purchases a final sale?
The long + short answer here is yes. Due to the sensitive nature of the product, all earring sales are final. That being said, I absolutely want you to be over the moon about your new earrings. So for whatever reason – you are not happy with the product you have received, please reach out to me right away so that we can work towards a solution.
Do you ship across Canada?
Yep! I ship all of my earrings (and artwork) across Canada. I look to eventually expand into the U.S. Be sure to sign up for my newsletter for recent updates + sweet promo codes!
Do you offer different shipping options?
Yes! Here they are!
- LOCAL WPG pick-up! : you can pick up your earrings at my home Studio in St. Vital. Be sure to your LOCALWPG to by-pass shipping!
- STANDARD SHIPPING PLZ! : Standard shipping (as per Canada Post) will be delivered within 7-10 business days. My guess…they will probably get to you sooner! With standard shipping, you will not get a tracking number.
- EXPRESS PLZ! : If you’d like to get your item sooner + the ability to track your order, be sure to add express shipping at checkout! For express shipping, please allow 1-3 business days ($15)
How long will it take for my earrings to ship out?
I will create + ship your earrings within 3 business days. If there is a delay due to material out of stock, I will contact you to chat about some options!
